Susan Standon has been practising yoga for many years. She completed the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course in 2015 and is currently undertaking her 500 hour Teacher Training Course with Yoga Scotland (due to complete Summer 2017). She believes that yoga is for everyone and is particularly interested in its benefits to mental wellbeing. Classes are mixed ability and are open to all, no matter what their current level of physical fitness.
